St. Mary’s Parish is sponsoring this contest in order to bring our people close to the Holy Book.

Prize: The winner will have a choice of one Round Trip Ticket to from his/her city to anywhere in the world. Or two Round Trip Tickets within the United State of America.

Who May Participate: Any Assyrian from each corner of the world from any church or denomination may participate in this contest.

What: A verse from the Bible is chosen each week to be memorized (click here to see the verse of the week).

What Language: the verses may be studied in any language English, Assyrian, Arabic, Farsi, Swedish, German, French etc!

When: the test will be conducted before Christmas of 2007

How: The test will be forwarded to the participant’s Priest to admitted.

Priest are encouraged to sign up as many contestants as possible!  A prize will be awarded to the priest with most contestants.
